FOX BODY - ALTERNATOR RELOCATION BRACKET: Save some weight, lower your CG

This is more than just a 'pretty' part. This bracket allows you to discard your factory alternator bracket and tensioner pulley, and replace it with our all-in-one kit. The kit saves over 5 pounds off of the factory stuff! The bracket is CAD designed, and machined from 6061 Aluminum, anodized in blue. The hardware is all either Stainless Steel or Grade 8. The rod-ends are QA1 steel.

UPDATE: We've recently found that you can mount a GM 1-wire alternator with this kit as well. To do this, you'll have to drill the top lug (longer lug) of the alternator out to 29/32 (slightly larger than 7/16), and drill the bottom lug (threaded lug) out to 13/32 (slightly larger than 3/8"). Then, you'll have to add spacers to match the difference between the GM top lug and the Ford top lug.

The kit also allows the use of the larger SN95 Alternators, without modification.

Bracket is CAD designed, and a perfect companion to our alternator bracket. Allows you to easily remove pump with bracket from the engine without removing the pulley. Consider buying 2, and placing one on your spare pump for an easy track-side swap when your primary pump craps out.

Bracket to steering pump screws are stainless, bracket to engine bolts are Grade 8
